Is my payment secure?

All our payments go through Paypal but you do not need a Paypal account to order from us. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.

Can I return or exchange an item?

As all items are personalised they cannot be returned unless faulty or worded incorrectly where we have made the error.

Can I order your products in your shop?

Yes, all our items can be ordered in our shop. Please check for opening times.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not keep records of sensitive information and we do not share information with third parties.

What are the postage charges?

You can either collect your order from our shop at Stapeley Water Gardens, Nantwich for no cost or have it delivered to you for £4.95.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch all finished products within 10 days of receiving your prints, images or personalised information. Please note that material for taking prints will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How do I send photos and artwork for the Crystal Prints?

You can either email or post them to us. After placing your order we will email you to advise you of the next step.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order provided it has not been despatched.

Can I add more items to my order once it has been placed?

Yes, of course, providing your order has not been despatched. Email us at enquiries@tiny-prints.co.uk with the products you would like to add. We will then send you an invoice through Paypal for the additional amount via email.
