What are the postage charges?
You can either collect your order from our shop at Stapeley Water Gardens, Nantwich for no cost or have it delivered to you for £3.45.
When will my order be delivered?

How do I give details of personalisation for personalised gifts?
You can enter any personalisation you require in the personalisation details section of the order form you complete when placing the order. Don't worry if you forget as we will email you upon receiving payment to request personalised details.
How do I send photos and artwork for personalised gifts?
You can either email or post them to us. After placing your order we will email you to advise you of the next step.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so providing work has not commenced on your product.
Can I add more items to my order once it has been placed?
Yes, of course, providing your order has not been despatched. Email us at enquiries@tiny-prints.co.uk with the products you would like to add. We will then send you an invoice through Paypal for the additional amount via email.
