~ Where product requires personalisation, you will be emailed after placing your order for this information. Please make sure the text you send is exactly how you would like it to appear as the text will be copied directly from your email. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer.
~ It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery/shipping address details at the time of placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will endevour to re send the item to you but only if and when the parcel has been returned to ourselves. Under no circumstances will the item be re-sent until we have received the item back.
